June Newsletter 2021

Great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised…” (Psalm 48:1)

Our June Newsletter is available to read here.

Over the last month, it has been encouraging to see some prisons resuming chaplaincy activities and for us to once more be involved in preaching at Sunday services and running Bible study groups. Although these are currently on a smaller scale than previously and some restrictions remain in place, it is an answer to prayer that some of these opportunities are beginning to open up again.

The move out of lockdown is not without its challenges for prisons, as some prisoners have old scores to settle and gang affiliation can be a major challenge, especially with younger prisoners. Please pray for those responsible for making decisions about prison security and the movement of prisoners either to different wings or different prisons and that a calm atmosphere will be maintained.

Your continued support is very much appreciated.
