October Newsletter 2020

Trust in Him at all times, you people; pour out your heart before Him; God is a refuge for us.

(Psalm 62:8)

Our October Newsletter is available to read here.

This month we share something of a conversation with a Christian prisoner who has been missing services and Bible studies and look at encouraging responses to the weekly written messages.

Although on a smaller scale than usual, we give thanks that a few prisons are starting to recommence services and small study groups and it was good to be able to run our first Sunday service a few weeks ago. In the week following the service, David was carrying out chaplaincy work on the wings and a prisoner thanked him for the sermon saying, “I enjoyed Sunday. I always learn something when you preach”.

Please continue to pray that chaplaincy teams will be given wisdom in knowing when and how to restart activities in their prisons and that those who are without services and Bible studies at this time will be encouraged as they read and study in their cells.

Thank you for your continued support.
