Hailing from Western North Carolina, USA, this husband and wife duo of A.T. and Lauren Cason performs original folk-blues music. Here in England on a two-year assignment, they use music as a means of ministry to people in tough situations. They have found their songs, many of which are about everyday life and people, to be a quick way to relate with many different people in many different places. As such, these “Songs of the Folk” are a hope to those enduring struggle.
The Casons have years of experience taking their songs into prisons, homeless shelters, and rehabilitation centers, as well as churches, schools, and concert venues. They are ready and willing to share this gift with prisons across the UK.
